7 Good Years & 7 Bad Years: A Prophecy.

May 16, 2019, this morning while in prayer, God showed me what is going to be happening in America over the next 14 years.

I was in prayer and started praying for our president, Donald Trump, and this country when suddenly God spoke to me about Joseph and the dream that he interpreted for the Pharaoh, revealing to me that this was going to be happening in America.

The dream Pharoah had was about 7 fat, sleek cows and 7 ugly, lean cows and 7 full and good grains of wheat and 7 withered, thin heads of grain. I thought that an unusual story to think about while praying about our country, so I looked up the verse and read:

Healthy Cows

Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, “In my dream, I was standing on the bank of the Nile,  when out of the river there came up seven cows, fat and sleek, and they grazed among the reeds. After them, seven other cows came up—scrawny and very ugly and lean. I had never seen such ugly cows in all the land of Egypt. The lean, ugly cows ate up the seven fat cows that came up first. But even after they ate them, no one could tell that they had done so; they looked just as ugly as before. Then I woke up.

“In my dream I saw seven heads of grain, full and good, growing on a single stalk.  After them, seven other heads sprouted—withered and thin and scorched by the east wind. The thin heads of grain swallowed up the seven good heads. I told this to the magicians, but none of them could explain it to me.”

Then Joseph said to Pharaoh, “The dreams of Pharaoh are one and the same. God has revealed to Pharaoh what he is about to do. The seven good cows are seven years, and the seven good heads of grain are seven years; it is one and the same dream. The seven lean, ugly cows that came up afterward are seven years, and so are the seven worthless heads of grain scorched by the east wind: They are seven years of famine.

Famine in the Land

“It is just as I said to Pharaoh: God has shown Pharaoh what he is about to do. Seven years of great abundance are coming throughout the land of Egypt, but seven years of famine will follow them. Then all the abundance in Egypt will be forgotten, and the famine will ravage the land. The abundance in the land will not be remembered, because the famine that follows it will be so severe.

The reason the dream was given to Pharaoh in two forms is that the matter has been firmly decided by God, and God will do it soon. Genesis 41: 17-32 (NIV)

Now after reading this I continued to pray and seek God about what He was revealing to me and more and more about what He was telling me and what it all meant.

This is the interpretation I was given:

“There will be 7 years of blessing and plenty in America while Trump is in office. When he is no longer President the land will remain healthy for a while but after a year or two, famine will come, spiritually and naturally, and hard times will follow for 7 years.”

As Christian’s we are to pray and prepare for this time that is coming for it will soon be upon us.

God’s blessing will be tremendous during this time and we are not to squander it but use it in preparation for the future that is coming for:

“Blessed is the man who hears the word of the Lord and does what He says.”

When I speak of blessing I do mean naturally as well as spiritual, but I am much more refer to spiritual blessing and growth. God has given us the next 7 years to prepare, our hearts and our minds, that we may grow into maturity and walk humbly before God with power and authority in Christ Jesus.

May we not be caught unaware, fall away and be destroyed when hard times come, but instead, may we stand firm, persevere in seeking God. Singing praises and rejoicing in His glorious Name, even in the midst of trials and hard times.

God is pouring out His grace heavily upon us at this time that we may become aware of our current situation and seize the opportunity we have before us. Let our eyes be opened that we would see ourselves as God sees us and walk as He has called us to walk. Let us repent, turn to God and change our ways, that we may stand firm in Christ to the very end.

God knows those who are His and calls them by name. God will protect and shelter His sheep whose names are written in the lamb’s book of life.

God has given Ezekiel 34 to show what He is going to be doing in the next 14 years.

The word of the LORD came to me: “Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel; prophesy and say to them: ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Woe to you shepherds of Israel who only take care of yourselves! Should not shepherds take care of the flock?

You eat the curds, clothe yourselves with the wool and slaughter the choice animals, but you do not take care of the flock.

You have not strengthened the weak or healed the sick or bound up the injured.

You have not brought back the strays or searched for the lost.

You have ruled them harshly and brutally.

So they were scattered because there was no shepherd, and when they were scattered they became food for all the wild animals. My sheep wandered over all the mountains and on every high hill. They were scattered over the whole earth, and no one searched or looked for them.

“ ‘Therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of the LORD: As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign LORD, because my flock lacks a shepherd and so has been plundered and has become food for all the wild animals, and because my shepherds did not search for my flock but cared for themselves rather than for my flock, therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of the LORD:

This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I am against the shepherds and will hold them accountable for my flock. I will remove them from tending the flock so that the shepherds can no longer feed themselves.

I will rescue my flock from their mouths, and it will no longer be food for them. “

‘For this is what the Sovereign LORD says: I myself will search for my sheep and look after them.

As a shepherd looks after his scattered flock when he is with them, so will I look after my sheep.

I will rescue them from all the places where they were scattered on a day of clouds and darkness. I will bring them out from the nations and gather them from the countries, and I will bring them into their own land.

I will pasture them on the mountains of Israel, in the ravines and in all the settlements in the land. I will tend them in a good pasture, and the mountain heights of Israel will be their grazing land. There they will lie down in good grazing land, and there they will feed in a rich pasture on the mountains of Israel.

I myself will tend my sheep and have them lie down, declares the Sovereign LORD.

I will search for the lost and bring back the strays.

I will bind up the injured and strengthen the weak, but the sleek and the strong I will destroy.

I will shepherd the flock with justice. “ ‘As for you, my flock, this is what the Sovereign LORD says: I will judge between one sheep and another, and between rams and goats. Is it not enough for you to feed on the good pasture?

Must you also trample the rest of your pasture with your feet? Is it not enough for you to drink clear water? Must you also muddy the rest with your feet?

Must my flock feed on what you have trampled and drink what you have muddied with your feet? “

‘Therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says to them: See, I myself will judge between the fat sheep and the lean sheep. Because you shove with flank and shoulder, butting all the weak sheep with your horns until you have driven them away, I will save my flock, and they will no longer be plundered.

I will judge between one sheep and another. I will place over them one shepherd, my servant David, and he will tend them; he will tend them and be their shepherd.

I the LORD will be their God, and my servant David will be prince among them. I the LORD have spoken. “

‘I will make a covenant of peace with them and rid the land of savage beasts so that they may live in the wilderness and sleep in the forests in safety. I will make them and the places surrounding my hill a blessing. I will send down showers in season; there will be showers of blessing.

The trees will yield their fruit and the ground will yield its crops; the people will be secure in their land.

They will know that I am the LORD, when I break the bars of their yoke and rescue them from the hands of those who enslaved them.

They will no longer be plundered by the nations, nor will wild animals devour them.

They will live in safety, and no one will make them afraid.

I will provide for them a land renowned for its crops, and they will no longer be victims of famine in the land or bear the scorn of the nations. Then they will know that I, the LORD their God, am with them and that they, the Israelites, are my people, declares the Sovereign LORD.

You are my sheep, the sheep of my pasture, and I am your God, declares the Sovereign LORD.’ ” Ezekiel 34

God is showing us in advance and warning us to take to heart these things, to watch and see what God will do for those who honor and obey Him and love Him. But to those that ignore God, refusing to listen, the coming time will bring confusing, being unclear and bringing much struggle, hardship, and desperation to those that are caught unaware.

God’s Holy remnant, His elect, will be kept safe and led through green pastures and beside still waters. They will abide in the shadow of His presence and God will go before them as a shield, keeping them from harm and making straight their paths.

Let us seek the One, Mighty and Holy God, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, the creator of all things, that we may walk in His mercy and stand firm in His grace. Growing in love and obedience and walking in the power of the Holy Spirit, remaining steadfast to God’s Holy Word.

Jesus, Mighty Shepherd of the sheep, head over the body of Christ, God’s church, eldest brother and favored Son, may we become more and more like you, Jesus, that our lives, our thoughts, our hearts, our priorities, and our actions would be like yours, fully submitted to God the Father in Heaven, walking as true brothers and sisters of you Jesus.

Let us be assured of walking in God’s blessed favor like never before, through good times or bad, by never ceasing to sing of His praises and honoring His Name with our lives. God is worthy to be praised and have His name honored at all times and in all situations. Amen.

During these coming seasons, God will be separating the sheep and the Goats and the wheat from the chaff. He will be calling out to all who hear His voice, beckoning them to come, and draw near to Him that they may be healed, refreshed and renewed.

However, not all will respond, not all will answer the call of God and, therefore, many will remain stuck, sick and crippled, clinging to their traditions and the idols they created.

God is moving His people closer to Himself. He is shoring up His Holy people, people that honor God, with strength, wisdom, and power, that God’s Name and His church would once again be called Holy, being revered and awed by all the world.

That the Name above all others would once again be shouted in reverence and with respect, not in curse. That what was once difficult and hard to discern will now become more and more distinguishable and be made clear to all.

God is pouring out His Holy Spirit with abundance and power, that the world may know He is real and there is no other before Him and that He is able to keep safe those who are His, and who call upon His name, with might, strength, and power beyond imagining.

The world will look upon God’s holy people with awe and wonder as they witness what God is doing for those who love Him.

Yet woe to those who ignore God and refuse to acknowledge Him. Those will be days of great struggle and terrible tragedy for the foolish and the stubborn and for those who refuse to recognize God, having built for themselves their own idols, unable and unwilling to give honor to God.

The pride of man will be called out and crushed, ground to dust and blown to the four winds. God alone is to be praised. Repent, turn to God and be saved, and live your life showing your repentance.

“So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” Matthew 6: 31-33 (NIV)

Walk in the riches of the King, God Almighty, who bestows upon us many treasures that have been kept for such a time as this.

From ages past to present-day and future come, God is God and He wills and moves men as He sees fit. Glory, Honor, and Power be ascribed to Your Holy and Mighty Name.       Amen.
